What Is CALLED to Preach?
Responding to Pope Leo’s call to bring about a culture of Christian humanism that uses technology to unite rather than divide, CALLED to Preach provides access to a variety of voices, retreats, workshops, and online resources to help lay people - students, teachers, parents, leaders, and ministers to rediscover who God created them to be, so they can live the life God intended for them. Through this attentiveness, we invite you to live your life like a homily with deeper purpose, gentleness, and joy.
Through an ever growing number of curated voices, topics and resources, this site endeavors to be the one stop shop for Christian humanism and the tailhead to the formative process of building an attentive heart.
Our Three Core Invitations
1. Embrace Life’s Crossroads

At CALLED to Preach, we help you find your voice, speak and take action from the heart, and create space for others to do the same. Whether a casual conversation standing in line at the grocery store, or an interaction at work - our lives are homilies waiting to be preached through our everyday words and actions. Who We Are
CALLED to Preach is a production of Sunday to Sunday Productions, a media mission founded by the late Father Mike Russo. We’ve produced Emmy Award winning films, biopics of clergy meeting their congregations where they are and most recently through a generous grant from the Lilly Endowment Compelling Preaching Initiative, a growing catalogue of on-demand and real world resources for laity seeking to find deeper connection with Christ - through each other - in our daily lives. We are informed and inspired by Pope Leo' XIV’s call to digital missionaries who we seek to amplify and bring to you with care and an attentive heart.
An Invitation
CALLED to Preach recognizes that we live in a digital and connected world. CALLED simply invites you to use online and offline time to practice finding God so you can listen more deeply, and finally hear what God is saying to you. Allowing God to restore your joy in that calling. In this busy modern world, let’s rediscover together what it means to live with purpose, compassion, and peace.
