Lesson Two - Heart of Faith

What if the way you move through the day is shaped not by habit or urgency—but by a quietly chosen intention of the heart?

This session invites you to begin compassion where St. Ignatius teaches it must begin: with intention. Through gentle posture, mindful breathing, and reflective questioning, you are guided to notice what you truly value and what you most deeply desire—for yourself, for those you love, and for the world.

    Lesson Three - Talking Story

What if compassion is not something we add to our faith—but the very way Jesus asks us to live it?

This session centers compassion not as an abstract ideal, but as the defining movement of Jesus’ life and ministry. Story is an important part of our own ministry.

Lesson Four - Widening the Circle of Compassion

What if compassion isn’t about agreeing with one another—but about recognizing that we already belong to one another?

This episode explores Widening the Circle of Compassion as both a spiritual practice and a moral calling. At its heart is a simple but transformative shift: beginning not from fear or division, but from shared humanity.
