  • The CALLED Virtual Course is a four module, 16-part journey in spiritual formation designed to help you live with greater attentiveness, compassion, and purpose.

Through four guided series, presented by four seasoned theological instructors, you’ll be invited to slow down, reflect, and rediscover the sacred woven into ordinary life. Each module building on the next, experience the mystical and profound wonder of your every day life - the ability to witness Christ in your everyday encounters.

    What’s Included

Each series contains video sessions that guide you through core themes with teaching and reflection, a printable Guide with journaling prompts and spiritual practices, and optional group discussion resources for deeper conversation. Together, they offer everything you need for meaningful, accessible formation — whether personally or in community.

    Who It’s For

The CALLED virtual course is designed for individuals seeking personal renewal and for schools, parishes, small groups, or ministry teams longing to grow together.

Whether used as a private retreat, a compliment to one of our live retreats or a structured formation program, CALLED offers simple, beautifully crafted tools to help you deepen awareness, compassion, and faith.

  • Live with Radical Compassion

In this first module Kathy begins with you, then extends compassion to those you love and those you’re still learning to love. Compassion opens doors that judgment keeps closed.

Compassion is not a feeling but a way of seeing. This series teaches the inner habits and spiritual postures that allow you to meet yourself and others with gentleness, courage, and the steady presence of Christ.

  • In this module, Fr. John guides you on a journey to your second half of spiritual life. Regardless of age, this is the season where wisdom, faith, and lived experience guide more than ambition, turning “the race” into a journey to savor.

Having examined Compassion with Kathy , in this module Fr. John invites to embrace the deeper, more spacious journey that begins when achievement and self-definition no longer carry the weight they once did.

Through reflection, practice, and spiritual wisdom, it opens a pathway toward surrender, meaning, compassion, and renewed purpose.

  • In this mystic module, Nina explores how our lives are shaped by the words we speak and the stories we tell.

Every story, including yours, holds the power to awaken hope. Listening reveals the sacred in others, and sharing transforms that encounter into lasting community.

Skillfully building on the themes of Compassion and the Journey of spiritual awakening, this third module helps you cultivate a more attentive, truthful, and grace-filled voice — one that reflects God’s presence in your own experience and in the world around you.

  • In this final and profoundly beautiful module, Gary takes us beyond our everyday routines to find there our deeper hunger for connection, meaning, and God’s nearness.

It is here, through the Attentive Heart you have built step by step, that this module guides you on how to create space to name that longing, listen to it, and follow it toward a more honest, centered, and spiritually alive way of living.

Through this, everyday becomes an opportunity to encounter Christ in the ordinary, the chance encounters and find where Christ is calling you exactly in the life you are living right now.

What is an Attentive Heart

The Attentive Heart is more than just a phrase for CALLED; it’s the soul of the whole initiative.

The Attentive Heart is the lens through which everything CALLED offers is shaped. The idea is that spiritual formation in “the second half of life” isn’t about adding more information or busier schedules, but about cultivating an inner posture of listening to God, to yourself, to others, and to the moment you’re in.

The Attentive Heart invites participants to:

- Slow down enough to notice God’s presence in the ordinary.
- Live with radical compassion as a natural outflow of that awareness.
- Listen deeply to their own story and to the stories of others.

So, when CALLED offers a retreat or a cohort, the program isn’t just a collection of lectures or activities. It is intentionally crafted to nurture this “attentive heart” in people, so they leave with a renewed sense of vocation and community.

We're not here to follow trends—we're here to build something timeless. With a blend of creativity, strategy, and heart, we help ideas come to life. Every project we take on is an opportunity to learn, grow, and do something meaningful. We treat our clients like partners and our work like craft.
